Yes, the city garden is open, but the jets aren't at full blast and a few of the littler pools aren't full. It didn't hamper any fun that we had that day though.
Ok, Now I can see where the problem comes with the direction of "Open your eyes and smile". It looks like he's going to have the same issue with that as grandpa Greg.
Obviously he was highly insulted and his feelings were hurt when you told him he couldn't eat the Christmas chocolate.
