Sadly enough my vote was for the sugar cookie or the snickerdoodle. Nobody agreed with me though.
Personally I heart both sugar cookies AND snickerdoodles. In fact, it was very rude of you to even mention them because now I really want to go to the deli that sells enormous snickerdoodles for a mere 75 cents.
But anyway, I must admit that the chocolate chip cookie is the King of Cookies. But the sugar cookie is totally the Queen.
Chocolate chip cookies are the ones people eat - sugar cookies seem to be mostly "for looking". Dan's Grandma Whiting (as you know, Grandma W applies to both in his family)has a great sugar cookie recipe & snickerdoodles are just fun to eat & to say!
