My husband and I were having a debate about cookies the other day. I'm not going to say anymore about the debate other than it was about cookies because I don't want to sway any of your answers, but I thought I'd open up the forum to more opinions than ours. The question to be answered is:
If you were to say that one cookie is The King of All Cookies, what would it be?
I'm interested to hear your responses.

The chocolate chip cookie. Actually any cookie with lots of chocolate and no nuts. But I might have a thing for chocolate so this may be a bit biased.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. Made with creamy peanut butter and wheat flour.
The chocolate chip cookie, duh.
My vote is for the toffee chip cookie, hard to find but oh so worth it.
Is this a "nuts -no nuts" discussion in disguise?
Votes here for choclate chip, one with pecans, one with black walnuts.
Everyone, everyone!! The king of cookies is not each person's favorite kind of cookie. It's the kind of cookie that you imagine being the prototypical cookie you would think of when someone says, "Cookie." Obviously that would be chocolate chip. Oatmeal comes in a distant second.
I agree with Ronnie.
It's true. Although it's not my favorite, the chocolate chip cookie is definitely the king.
